How does the Indra installation process work?
1. Speak to Allstar about any home charging hardware requirements, so we can refer you directly to Indra.
2. Our partner, Indra, takes over from this point. They send your drivers a simple and stress-free SMS survey they can take at home to ensure they’re ready for a home charger to be installed.
3. Indra then begins the process of installing, making arrangements directly with the driver.
4. Indra's approval-based portal ensures no installation proceeds without your sign off, giving you full visibility over costs and eliminating budget surprises.
5. Indra’s accredited experts manage installations with precision, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and seamless integration with Allstar Homecharge.
6. You have total oversight of the installation process from start to finish.
Drivers managing their Homecharge portal and Indra app
To ensure accurate home charging payments, drivers must still keep their Homecharge driver account up to date. This includes information related to tariff changes, charger details, and payments. If drivers have Multi EV mode activated, drivers need to toggle this on and off within the Homecharge portal to guarantee the business is only paying for work-related charging.
While Indra’s own app offers scheduling, monitoring charging sessions and charger locking, it can’t manage the user’s Homecharge account. Any changes made in the Indra app won’t be reflected in the Homecharge driver portal. To ensure accurate information and business charging payments, drivers must manage these updates directly in the Homecharge driver portal.
