anycolourcar.com is a family-owned online and offline used vehicle specialist that sells to a wide variety of retail and fleet customers. Eric Houssein, Customer Service Manager, said: “If a vehicle we have sold encounters an issue – such as an engine management light coming on shortly after delivery – it’s my responsibility to contact the customer, locate the nearest available garage and have the vehicle booked in for diagnosis or repairs.

anycolourcar.com is also guiding customers to the online booking portal available from ServicePoint, allowing them to book their own garage appointments when they have opted for an extended warranty plan.
Leanne said: “We offer a standard three-month warranty but where customers choose to extend this to our six-month option, we provide them with access to the online booking portal. They are able to use it to search for a garage that can carry out a diagnosis or repair and we can view the jobsheet and give the go-ahead online. It’s a very efficient means of warranty administration, giving every person the correct amount of control over the process.”
